How Can You Be Part of the Team?

  • Volunteer for special events, try-outs, registration, tournaments, the committee, or the many other volunteer opportunities each season!
  • Become a volunteer coach, assistant coach, team manager or equipment coordinator!
  • Sponsor a players fees or equipment and donate any amount!
  • Fundraise for your child's team, or become a SW Sting FC sponsor! 

Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable 14 days before program start date. Claiming a refund for medical issues must be accompanied with a doctor’s note. Prorated refunds for injured players may be given consideration with supporting medical documentation.

Administration Fees will be applied to all refunds. Refund Policy. All payments by cheque with insufficient funds will be charged a $20 NSF fee.

How Can We Help!

We are committed to enabling all youth in Edmonton to play soccer and will provide financial assistant for fees and/or equipment as necessary. 

To determine eligibility, parents must first apply for a grant from Jumpstart Canada and/or Kidsport Canada, click links for more information. Applications should be complete before the start of season for players. SW Sting FC will also work with families to set-up payment installments if needed. Please email swstingfc@gmail.com for more information. 

SW Sting FC is proud to have families with multiple children participating and playing. If a family has three(3) or more children playing; the family will only be required to pay for the two(2) oldest children.
